Handle daily customer appointments and front-desk reception, providing support for everyday banking questions (including app/digital banking)
Identify customer needs and advise/close tailored solutions: insurance, investments, loans, accounts (current/savings) and credit cards
Proactively generate business by calling leads and spotting commercial opportunities, ideally via digital channels
Process and follow up administrative/customer files (e.g., inheritance cases, insurance, credit applications, onboarding) and refer customers to specialized colleagues when needed
Contribute to team performance by joining office check-ins on results, attending campaign meetings, and completing occasional training to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Have a Master’s degree or assimilated
Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry
Preferably have some experience in a sales or commercial environment
Have analytical and problem-solving skills
Can work independently and in a team environment
Are native in Dutch and have a strong knowledge of French
Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools
