Utilizing technologies like Kubernetes, Prometheus, Service Mesh, Distributed tracing, and public cloud/on-premise infrastructure.
Solving problems with scalable automation.
Building open source tools for common problems.
Hacking around open source projects and applying the right tool for the right job.
Educating customers on building and operating applications in modern cloud-native infrastructure.

Good understanding and work experience in AKS, Kubernetes, and EKS.
Able to manage multi region clusters for disaster recovery.
Good understanding of AWS stack.
Experience of production level in Kubernetes.
Comfortable coding/programming.
Worked with programmable infrastructure (CI/CD pipeline, Provisioned infrastructure programmatically, or Provisioned monitoring and logging infrastructure).
Love automating tasks.
Love coaching people (12-factor apps or recent tools).
Ability to understand applications and runtime technologies.
