Delivering consulting projects in close collaboration with our clients to improve and transform organizations, processes and operational activities
Actively contributing hands‑on expertise in one or more of the following areas: strategy, business model design, organizational transformation, performance improvement, process optimization, sustainability and enterprise applications
Ensuring strong project delivery, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparation of deliverables, research and project management
Continuously developing your consulting skills and industry knowledge, with increasing responsibility within projects

Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in management consulting, in‑house consulting or a comparable relevant role in the Energy & Utilities sector
Strong interest in and proven experience with business development and sales activities, including client acquisition and participation in proposals and pitches
An active network within the Energy & Utilities ecosystem and the ability to leverage it for business development
Understanding of topics related to power trading and/or grid operators (TSO/DSO) in the Energy & Utilities industry
Experience in operational and digital transformations, including strategy, business model, process and organizational optimization as well as enterprise applications
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Ability to communicate results and the resulting value for clients convincingly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
