Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively seeking new business opportunities and converting leads into customers.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing information about pet insurance products and services.
Provide support to clients in the claims process, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge, staying updated on industry developments.
Maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of the team and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused sales environment.
Requirements
2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred
Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within 45 days of hire—with support and guidance provided by our company to help you secure the license.
