Role Overview
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs
- Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation
- Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal systems for seamless data flow
- Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases
- Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments
- Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related roles
- Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API) and prompt engineering
- Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems
- Excellent communication skills for working in a remote, global team
- Experience in SaaS, sales automation, or growth systems is a strong plus
