Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Levels 1 & 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam
- JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality
- State Licensed Appraiser License, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of requirements for CCIM designation
- CHA; or Project Management Professional (PMP)
