In this role, you will be working as part of a small and diverse team to implement the Previse software for our clients within the Previse Project Implementation Framework.
This will involve working with clients to understand their ETRM requirements, configuring the Previse software to meet those requirements, and then working with the clients to test the implementations, training users in the software, and supporting go-live activities.
The implementations may see you working solely for a client, as part of a larger Previse team, or part of a wider team that also includes our implementation partners.
You will also act as an intermediary between the client and our internal development team, ensuring the delivery of our software meets the requirements and quality expectations of the client.
You will also analyse and translate requirements into functional specifications and configure the Previse software to meet those requirements, and will also be supporting Principal Consultants in testing and demonstrating our solution, and play an important role in the continuous development of our offering by proactively supporting our product team.
This is a hands-on role covering a wide array of activities that will require building up know-how not only about the software and implementation life cycle but also in the European Power, Gas, and Emissions trading & operational landscapes.
