Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability tests).
Analyze user research results for B2B and B2C projects and derive data-driven, actionable recommendations.
Develop wireframes and prototypes based on research findings and user requirements.
Ensure a user-centered approach across all project phases.
Create and present research reports to support strategic decision-making.
Support UX/UI design development by integrating research insights.
(Re)design tools and software solutions with a focus on usability and conversion optimization.
Promote understanding of user research across the company.
Facilitate workshops for ideation and requirements analysis.
Visualize data in dashboards to effectively communicate research findings.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design and UX research.
Experience in project management and managing complex projects.
Experience analyzing and evaluating user research for B2B and B2C projects.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
Solid experience with design tools, especially Figma.
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, as well as wireframing and prototyping.
Understanding of and experience working within corporate structures is desirable.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Up to date with usability and conversion best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills, plus teamwork and empathy.
