J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum 3+ years of in-house legal experience, with a focus on technology transactions
Strong expertise in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate legal judgment into structured feedback
Interest in the intersection of law, technology, and AI
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or data annotation projects (preferred)
Deep understanding of risk mitigation strategies in SaaS contracting (preferred)
