Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
Serve as the primary technical authority for development teams, stakeholders, and the client
Lead advanced implementations and configurations in Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA and best practices)
Define development standards, data governance frameworks, and platform best practices
Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into viable technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend integration solutions with external systems (EHR, third-party APIs, etc.)
Actively participate in code reviews, data model design, and architectural decisions
Manage the technical relationship with the client, communicating clearly and effectively in English
Requirements
Advanced English (C1/C2) — Required
Minimum 4 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a technical leadership role on mid-to-large scale Salesforce projects
Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and tools such as MuleSoft or equivalent
Knowledge of healthcare data models and regulatory compliance (HIPAA preferred)
