Managing end-to-end data subject requests and data protection complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintaining and improving data privacy systems and tools (e.g. Sightline)
Producing and delivering data privacy reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
Monitoring and managing data privacy inboxes and responding to queries
Supporting compliance monitoring, testing and audit activities
Recording and supporting the management of data breaches and associated actions
Maintaining and updating RoPAs in collaboration with various business units
Collaborating with teams across ITV to support data mapping and privacy initiatives
Contributing to training, communications and continuous improvement of data privacy processes

Proven experience managing or delivering compliance or operational privacy programmes
Strong understanding of data protection legislation and principles
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
