Responsible for technical tasks related to personnel management, work organization, and administrative follow-up of services provided to establishments and the head office.
Participate in managing and coordinating service requests, including assigning, tracking, and updating information in management tools.
Contribute to the development and implementation of standards related to equipment, material resources, and inventory management.
Role defined by management staff or professionals.
Perform technical tasks in collaboration with administrative unit managers to plan, control, and ensure the services required for the smooth operation of the unit.
Collect, analyze, and prepare data or information related to budget, personnel, procurement, orders, contract follow-ups, and the management of equipment and inventory.
Communicate with suppliers, internal partners, and central agencies when required in the course of duties and represent the organization or its unit to them.
Attend meetings to inform management of difficulties encountered in administrative management.
May serve as an administrative assistant to various administrative committees.
May be assigned other related duties.
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) with a specialization in administration or accounting, or another related field
Two (2) years of relevant experience
Education substitution: Each missing year of formal schooling may be compensated by two (2) additional years of relevant experience beyond the required experience
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, and ability to manage priorities
Customer service orientation and good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
