About this role
Role Overview
- Design and technical implementation of CRM and customer service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
- Customization of web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions to meet client requirements
- Development of custom extensions and adaptations using PHP and JavaScript
- Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST APIs
- Participation in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements
- Delivery through to go-live in coordination with our team and clients, including post-launch support and ongoing development
Requirements
- Solid PHP skills
- Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working with relational database systems, particularly MySQL
- Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or comparable solutions is an advantage
- Experience with common development methodologies and versioning/deployment tools
- Very good German language skills
