Use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves
Identify, collect, extract data from various sources, including internal and external sources
Perform data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation
Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for automated data acquisition and processing
Design and conduct statistical and machine learning models to analyse patterns, trends, and relationships in the data
Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future outcomes and identify potential risks and opportunities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to seek out opportunities to add value from data through Data Science

Experience in developing and monitoring underwriting and credit line assignment strategies for lending products (credit card experience preferred)
Strong analytical acumen with ability to draw insights from vast amount of data
Experience with Python, SAS/SQL or other relevant statistical tools
Proficiency with analytical software (Python), SQL tools (Oracle), Unix platforms, and MS Office
Familiarity with loss forecasting, improving the underwriting criteria, and implementation testing
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, in both written and verbal form.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic and brisk environment
Knowledge of statistic principals
Knowledge of credit regulations and controls
