You take the company’s financial pulse: You are responsible for our monthly close and ensure accurate, timely, and structured financial reporting across the company.
Turn numbers into decisions: You prepare and maintain financial reports that give our leadership a clear view of costs, revenues, and company performance, and you’re not afraid to flag what the numbers tell us.
Grow into a strategic finance partner: Beyond reporting, you'll increasingly contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, working closely with the CFO to strengthen our finance infrastructure as the company scales.
Make Excel your instrument: You will work daily with structured, well-designed spreadsheet models and build, improve, and maintain them at a high level.
Apply AI to make your work easier: You are willing to learn from an AI-driven technology environment and dive into a variety of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to increase your and your team's efficiency in reporting and forecasting.

You have practical experience in controlling, whether cost, revenue, or sales controlling — what matters is that you know how to work with financial data and turn it into structured, reliable reports.
You hold a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field — a master's degree is not required.
You are highly proficient in Excel and enjoy working with it daily. Clean model structures, well-organized sheets, and solid formula work are second nature to you.
You have excellent German and English language skills (C1/C2).
You are detail-oriented and structured, with a strong sense of ownership over the numbers you are responsible for.
