Responsibility for monthly financial reporting to the shareholders
Preparation and facilitation of reporting meetings with the managing directors of portfolio companies, including recommendations for action
Management of the budget and forecast process at group level
Building scalable finance structures, tools and processes (e.g., consolidation, BI, ERP standardization)
Driving digitalization and automation within the finance function
Further development of a group-wide KPI and reporting framework
Liquidity planning, cash management and banking relationships at group level
Support on tax and structural matters in close coordination with external advisors
Participation in investment decisions, M&A and strategic finance topics
Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and decision papers for the CFO/CEO
Prospectively building and leading your own team

2–7 years of experience in corporate controlling, transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or consulting with a finance focus
Very good understanding of accounting and controlling (HGB — German Commercial Code; group accounting/consolidation is an advantage)
Strong analytical skills, confident user of Excel; experience with BI tools, ERP systems or consolidation software (e.g., DATEV) is an advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building structure
Strong communication skills at management and shareholder level
Hands-on mentality with high execution capability
Very good German and good English language skills
Ambition to progress toward Head of Group Controlling / Finance Director roles
