Develop commercial plans and initiatives to drive revenue
Work hand in hand with various departments including Product, Delivery, Managed Services, Tech and support functions (Finance, HR)
Establish and maintain long term and profitable relationships with new and existing partners, with multiple stakeholders, including C
Levels.
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients including right stakeholders
Identify and understand requirements and expectations of both new and existing clients
Liaise with Finance to produce internal executive reporting on partners’ performance and external reports to be shared with partners
Measure and analyze commercial KPI’s on a monthly basis and work with the account management team to present these on no less than a quarterly basis to partners
Be the focal point for partners on product roadmap and ad hoc service or development requests
Identify new commercial opportunities on an ongoing basis
Network externally and understand industry trends
Requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time
Proven experience successfully working directly with partners or clients in a primary contact or lead role
Excellent problem-solving and technical, organisational skills
High level knowledge of different software development processes
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Excellent team player
