Role Overview
- Build Instagram & TikTok: content strategy and posting plan.
- Grow our channel and make it take off.
- Produce reels & short videos: film, edit and post reels that truly resonate with real parents.
- Cover content pillars: everyday family adventures with ouchie, first-aid tips (“Did you know?”), unboxings, behind-the-scenes, seasonal themes.
- Build community: reply to comments, manage DMs, have real conversations. Engagement > follower count.
- Influencer outreach: contact mom bloggers, midwives, and outdoor families to set up collaborations.
- Coordinate UGC: motivate customers to share their ouchie moments. Curate and repost UGC content.
Requirements
- Must-haves: You are a mom or dad, or you work with/are around children daily.
- You know playground panic, the search for band-aids, and adventure chaos.
- You can shoot reels in your sleep.
- You know what works on Instagram and TikTok — not just in theory, but because you do it yourself.
- You have a good eye for aesthetics without it looking artificial.
- You can produce smartphone content that looks professional (editing with CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- You speak German at native level and write copy that feels like real conversation, not advertising.
- You are reliable, self-directed and don’t need micromanagement.
- Nice-to-haves (optional): You have a small Instagram/TikTok account yourself (even <5K followers is fine).
- Optional: Experience with influencer collaborations or branded content.
- Optional: Familiarity with Canva, Later/Planoly or similar tools.
- Optional: Based in Munich or nearby (for occasional joint content shoots, not required).
- Optional: Medical background, e.g., as a paramedic, doctor, or similar.
