Maintain and improve AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code
Write frontend and backend production code for shared services using Go, Python, JavaScript, and React
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automate workflows
Support Docker-based deployment platform including build workflows and autoscaling
Implement metrics and alerting for observability and participate in incident response
Build and maintain internal documentation and development tooling
Work with nonprofit partners to support their adoption of AI and data products

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Development Experience: 1-3 years in a DevOps, infrastructure, or full-stack role.
Programming: Proficiency in Python or Go preferred.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platform.
Pipeline Experience: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like GitHub Actions.
Infrastructure: Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Exposure to Docker and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Collaboration: Ability to communicate clearly in a small, fast-moving team.
Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
