You are responsible for the development of new products and the further development of existing products in the area of high-quality design cookware, as well as related collateral (instructions, packaging, etc.).
You coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers and manufacturing partners (from industrial design through purchasing and supply chain to quality assurance and marketing).
You create and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets, and maintain relevant reports.
You are responsible for ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards.
You communicate project updates and results within the team so that all stakeholders stay informed.
Together with the team, you question and optimize our product development processes.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar), or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally cookware or household appliances.
Strong sensibility for product design, quality standards, and manufacturing details.
Experience managing external manufacturing service providers.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials.
Additional training and certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to sustainable implementation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.).
Fluent German (spoken and written), conversational English.
