As the Marketing Content & Production Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind Finom’s visual and textual identity.
You will bridge the gap between marketing goals and hands-on execution, leading a talented team of content creators to deliver high-performing assets.
From managing a complex multi-page website to overseeing the production of ad visuals and videos, you ensure that every piece of content is consistent, professional, and perfectly aligned with our brand.
Requirements
Marketing Project Manager: You are deeply familiar with the lifecycle of creative assets and web projects
from initial brief and resource planning to final delivery. You excel at tracking deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations.
Team leader: You have a proven track record of managing creative specialists and building efficient, scalable production workflows.
Process-oriented: You excel at organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining order in a fast-paced environment.
Brand champion: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure all output matches the brand’s visual and verbal identity.
Nice to Have: Experience in the Fintech industry or a high-growth SaaS environment.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with performance marketing requirements (knowing what makes an ad banner "click").
Nice to Have: Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, WordPress), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).
Nice to Have: Experience in writing detailed and clear technical requirements (BRD/Specs) for development teams.
