Define and uphold architecture standards, engineering practices, quality, testing, CI/CD, and technical governance.
Support critical architectural decisions and lead trade-off discussions balancing cost, schedule, risk, and complexity.
Act as a technical advisor to technology and business stakeholders, building consensus and alignment across different audiences.
Support the evolution of distributed architectures, integrations, APIs, events, and cloud-native solutions.
Manage technical risks and escalations autonomously with a focus on continuity and delivery quality.
Mentor teams, tech leads, and developers, promoting technical growth, knowledge sharing, and standardization of practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Solid experience in technology with significant roles in technical leadership, solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership of complex squads/projects.
Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and a strong need for alignment between technology and business.
Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, integrations, APIs, quality, CI/CD, observability, and security.
Technical or advanced English.
Preferred: Experience in regulated environments, banking, finance, or mission-critical operations; experience with legacy system modernization, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native environments.
