About this role
Role Overview
Support the Customer Success team in serving managers and clients, providing support for day-to-day operational requests
Send communications using internal tools (email, WhatsApp, and others)
Configure, parameterize, and customize campaigns and features on the platform
Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients on product usage
Perform testing and validations prior to deliveries and go-lives, ensuring implementation quality
Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving technical and operational issues
Develop support materials, such as user guides, FAQs, and client documentation
Organize tasks and track deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
Work collaboratively with internal teams (product, technology, creative, support, etc.) to enable deliveries and improvements
Support identifying continuous improvement opportunities in processes and the customer experience
Develop an understanding of the client's business, market, and competitors, contributing suggestions for evolution
Requirements
Reside in São Paulo or surrounding area
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized with a strong sense of priority
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Able to work well in a team
Proactive and problem-solving oriented
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in customer service or Customer Success
Experience with SaaS platforms
Experience with communication tools (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Basic understanding of logical or technical processes
