Facilitate the development of projects by providing technical, estimating and schedule input.
Complete the engineering and build scope of core/major projects, from initial development to closeout and turnover to operations.
Manage third-party engineering firms to deliver high-quality, compliant designs within budget and schedule; review and approve key deliverables.
Support the development/revision of tools, guidelines and specifications used to execute projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a Mechanical focus from an accredited university.
Currently registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA.
6+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering and project management.
Natural gas facilities design and construction experience, specifically large horsepower natural gas compression, and metering stations for pipeline transmission.
Experience at an EPC and/or Owner Operator company is an asset.
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate technical issues and impacts to other technical and non-technical staff.
