Role Overview
- Lead a team of data engineers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data flows
- Monitor project progress and report findings to the leadership team
- Conduct work performance reviews, ensuring adherence to Company standards
- Advocate for data quality, security, and performance improvements
Requirements
- Ideally 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Communication and leadership experience
- Expertise in at least one backend language, such as Java, Scala, C++, Python
- Familiarity with ETL and creating pipelines for large datasets
- Experience utilizing cloud infrastructure
- AWS, Databricks, Snowflake
- Experience scaling and managing 3+ person teams
- Bachelor's Degree
