Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Design, develop, and optimize automated test frameworks for web applications.
Build, improve, and scale automated test suites to ensure product stability and comprehensive coverage.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance testing capabilities.
Contribute to manual testing efforts when required.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes across the organization.
Mentor QA engineers on best practices in automation, tooling, and quality processes.

3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong understanding of the SDLC of cloud services.
Deep understanding of test automation, API testing, and testing methodologies for web applications.
Proven experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python languages.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
