Manage and maintain the data architecture, ensuring that HR data extensions and customizations follow modeling best practices;
Data curation: Work on data governance, ensuring data quality, standardization, and information security (LGPD
Brazil's General Data Protection Law) across the entire People Analytics workflow;
Modeling: Develop statistical analyses to identify root causes of phenomena such as turnover, productivity, diversity, and engagement;
Ecosystem integration: Orchestrate the integration of data from multiple sources in an Oracle environment to provide a 360° view of the employee;
Applied statistics: Apply correlation and regression models and hypothesis tests to validate business assumptions and generate actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and the design of Data Warehouses/Data Lakes;
Statistical analysis: Experience applying statistics to business problems;
Technical languages: SQL and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling;
BI tools: Experience building highly complex visualizations;
Attention to data accuracy, serving as the technical reference for data veracity;
Ability to understand how data architecture impacts the end user (manager dashboards).
