Ensure control, compliance, traceability, and clarity of responsibilities across the Martech ecosystem.
Ensure the Martech ecosystem operates in a governed, secure, and auditable manner.
Define, maintain, and evolve the Martech RACI.
Design and operationalize governance rituals, forums, and artifacts.
Ensure clear and consistent communication of governance rules.
Act as a facilitator between technical teams, the business, and executive leadership.
Define, update, and enforce compliance with policies, standards, and norms applicable to the Martech environment.
Provide governance over access management, roles, permissions, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Support technical and operational teams in the correct application of standards.
Ensure that data used within Martech platforms is classified, traceable, reliable, and compliant with LGPD, GDPR, and other regulations.
Plan, execute, and support internal and external audits related to the Martech environment.
Address nonconformities, risks, and gaps by coordinating corrective and preventive action plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in governance and audit of Martech systems within complex environments.
Strong experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of solutions: Adobe Experience Cloud, SAS CI, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
