Client Manager – Employee Banking and Investments

Role Overview

• Managing relationships of external Clients
• Developing new growth channels
• Enhancing experiences for corporate clients
• Promoting Bank programs to employees to generate banking relationships
• Launching and driving new employee banking programs to increase enrollments
• Initiating and managing all new client onboarding
• Program development and execution
• Partnering across the enterprise to improve client experience

Requirements

• Executive presence for both client facing and internal presentations
• Manages priorities without sacrificing quality
• Experience with external client facing relationships
• Ability to develop, deepen and manage trusted relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx
• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
