About this role

Build, configure, and refine AI risk assessment modules using Safety Radar's SAFE AI platform
Work with large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to develop and improve AI models
Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Build dashboards and visual reports in Power BI for clients and internal stakeholders
QA/QC AI outputs for accuracy and consistency
Partner with the sales team on scoping and technical discovery
Lead client onboarding and map client programs to platform capabilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts post-implementation
Translate client feedback into platform improvements
Maintain regular communication with clients, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar hybrid technical/client-facing role
Hands-on experience with large language models (prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, output evaluation)
Proficiency with SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Strong client communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with competing deadlines
A track record of reliability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
