Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
NCARB certificate required.
LEED Certification preferred.
WELL Building Certification preferred.
Registered Architect.
25+ years related architecture experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Familiar with BIM360 and point cloud software.
Familiar with Revit modeling according to company standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
