Ensure excellence in execution by monitoring the activities of distributors sales representatives and merchandizing team on compliance with agreed service scope and levels
Visit appointed region stores and track Perfect Store in AFS
Improve store equipment and Perfect Store compliance
Focus on local organised trade
Ensure visits to specifically agreed region stores, with focus on locally organised trade (Traditional stores)
Set, evaluate, measure and control merchandizing KPI's with agreed service scope and level
Develop, consult, motivate, coach and support the regional distributors sales representatives and merchandizing teams
AFS system key user
Ensure high-quality and timely data entry on daily bases, KPI's and new routes entry on periodically bases
Develop and implement agreed equipment in stores
Monitor equipment orders and use
Report the instore performance, execution, planograms and validate quarterly sales incentive achievements
Lead sales events implementation process and share feedback about results
Develop, control, evaluate and measure Mars Perfect Store standards in stores
Ensure Sales representatives team has all necessary tools to reach the targets
Contribute to the S&OP process with feedback and recommendations
Participate in all crucial territory/country meetings with merchandizing & distributors sales representative teams and inside Mars organization
Requirements
Higher (university) or college degree
At least 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Lithuanian language required, English is an advantage
Valid Category B driver’s license
