Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to sustain and grow a large portfolio of potential accounts through frequent, targeted outreach.
Use your existing network, account leads, and targeted research to identify, qualify, and convert small, straight‑forward accounts within a delegated region or industry.
Support senior colleagues throughout the deal process—preparing due diligence reports, presentations, and underwriting assessments—to gain exposure and advance opportunities.
Monitor market developments, competitor positioning, and contract activity to surface new business opportunities and represent Marsh at industry events.
Requirements
Proven sales or business development experience managing a large pipeline and conducting frequent client outreach.
Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills, with experience producing qualitative and quantitative due diligence materials.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities and comfortable supporting senior sellers.
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams.
Ability to work in-office at least three days per week (hybrid).
