Junior Account Manager – Employee Benefits

Role Overview

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients
• Ensure clients feel supported at all times
• Provide advice and recommendations that meet client requirements
• Identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition
• Achieve growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues, and key stakeholders
• Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results, and recommendations
• Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive excellent service
• Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice

Requirements

• Ideally 1+ years' experience in an office-based environment
• Recent graduates and those that have recently completed A-Levels (or alternative) considered
• Adept at identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions
• Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
• Positive can-do attitude, happy to travel and enjoys meeting new people
• Experience with client retentions and business development is a plus
