Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients
Coordinate services with other providers as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings including case consultations
Requirements
Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology
Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the District of Columbia able to practice independently
Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective required
Commitment to culturally competent care, cultural humility, and lifelong learning
Ideal candidates will have experience with clinical care, insurance billing, and DC regulations, and high ethical standards
