Learn the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs through research and field feedback to support product and commercialization activities.
Support customer adoption and education efforts by helping develop materials, gathering feedback, and coordinating logistics for training and events.
Support Voice of Customer (VOC) activities (e.g., advisory boards, customer education events, technology roadshows, validation studies, conference tech suites, and tech expos) by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and capturing feedback for the team.
Support product launch planning and execution by tracking deliverables, compiling inputs, and helping identify opportunities to drive growth.
Support engagement with physician customers and other partners by coordinating communications, maintaining contact lists, and helping prepare content that promotes safe and effective use of Medtronic spine procedure products.
Provide ongoing customer support for sales and surgeon customers.
Support cadaver labs and hands-on training events by setting up and breaking down stations, staging instruments/implants, and ensuring materials are organized and ready for use.
Provide on-site event support as needed, including supporting conference tech expos/tech suites and coordinating demo logistics.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform repeated bending/stooping and standing for extended periods during lab and event support.
Support cross-functional project teams (e.g., R&D, clinical, regulatory, operations) by compiling inputs and helping ensure marketing deliverables stay on track.
Support technical conversations and product demonstrations with sales and surgeon customers by preparing demo materials and coordinating needed equipment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Master’s degree/MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Nice to Have)
2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of global healthcare, medical devices market and/or market development (Nice to Have)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to partner and communicate with technical personnel, specifically in spine surgery or healthcare settings would be ideal (Nice to Have)
Success in developing relationships with customers and industry KOLs (Nice to Have)
Proven ability to work in, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams (Nice to Have)
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
