Produce motion graphics, product demos, and animation for digital platforms.
Translate concepts and creative briefs into visually engaging storytelling.
Collaborate with marketers, sales, developers, and internal teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Ensure consistency across brand guidelines for all visual content.
Adapt designs for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, web, and email.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-assisted creative tools to continuously improve outputs.
Maintain clear documentation of design processes and assets for team use and handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in illustration, social media design, and motion graphics.
Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating work across illustration, motion graphics, and branded content.
Experience producing social media content, motion graphics, and marketing visuals.
Proficiency in design and motion tools such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Figma (optional but a plus), AI-assisted design tools.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Creative thinking with the ability to turn concepts into engaging visual content.
Excellent communication skills to explain creative decisions.
