Strong experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Experience managing end-to-end delivery (implementation, consulting, or transformation projects).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint reports, etc.).
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.
