Represent NCUK and its progression opportunities in designated international markets to raise profile and achieve conversion and recruitment targets.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, Study Centre counsellors, partner universities and key external stakeholders.
Support Study Centres’ Conversion and Counselling teams to help maximise student progression to NCUK partner universities.
Identify barriers to conversion, monitor performance and work with colleagues to improve outcomes and the student experience.
Share market insights and feedback and data to inform regional strategy, support communication plans and contribute to the growth of direct placement services.

Experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B or B2C environment.
Experience working with people from different countries and cultures, with tact, diplomacy and strong intercultural awareness.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, solve problems and adjust priorities.
