Design, deploy, and support the network infrastructure that powers the O-I manufacturing and office environments worldwide
Implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting O-I’s global business
Troubleshoot network issues to ensure timely resolution and continuity of operations
Monitor network performance and availability across O-I locations
Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with Global Standards
Participate in on-call rotations to provide continuous support and rapid response to critical network incidents
Lead network infrastructure projects, including tech refreshes and lifecycle management initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience managing enterprise LAN, firewall, and/or wireless network infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently within a global organization
Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure in industrial or office environments, as well as troubleshooting issues with existing wireless systems, will be a strong asset
