Lead the successful end-to-end implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments
Coordinate delivery activities across cross-functional teams to support project execution, quality, and customer success
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive implementation progress and align delivery with business goals, timelines, and established processes
Support positive customer outcomes throughout the post-sales lifecycle, including implementation, adoption, issue resolution, and long-term value realization
Apply technical understanding to address software delivery, integration, and operational challenges
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues through effective troubleshooting and independent problem solving
Help maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables meet expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and practices while operating within established policies and business requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in a Software Services Group
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software design, software integration, and/or DMS, EMS, or related systems
Strong software systems development and integration skills
Experience working with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment
Good understanding of programming and database concepts
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems effectively
Experience with Unix and/or Windows environments
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures
Ability to deliver formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, including customers
Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift efforts based on department needs and business goals
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and remain self-motivated
Experience in utility, energy, grid, or related industry environments preferred.
