Support Closure of Baker Hughes Help Cases (BH Help)
Understand and promote accurate MyTime charging to Baker Hughes funded time codes
Deliver GE Vernova Customer Service Engineering and HDGT Product Service Priorities
Answer Baker Hughes Help Cases or pull in other teams for high-quality ER case resolutions
Ensure answers protect GE Vernova Intellectual Property (IP)
Support Baker Hughes RCA execution in a manner that demonstrates technical excellence
Coordinate and ensure excellence in customer communications within the Oil and Gas Industry

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 8 years of experience in gas turbine engineering or related technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of B/E Class Heavy Duty Gas turbines and the GE Vernova Gas Turbine business
Customer-focused communicator, able to convey ideas clearly at all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills, effectively managing multiple complex projects
Knowledgeable of GE Vernova tools such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Power Now
Proficient in the Tops 8D or other root cause analysis techniques
Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as business needs arise
