Operations Coordinator – Returns

Role Overview

• Support the site leader to ensure the execution of operational effectiveness
• Manage inventory returned to the site at the end of motor carrier routes
• Adhere to LEAN six sigma principles throughout the warehouse
• Ensure accuracy with reason codes for each item that is returned
• Ensure timely reporting of returns compliance
• Support for activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation
• Communicate daily/shift goal of facility and groups; devise and implement plans to obtain operational goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Strong people and operational management skills
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and checking on delivery status
• Ability to embrace new technology
