Role Overview
- Work both strategically and operationally, remaining close to both business and tech
- Main responsibility for the company's technical strategy, development, and operations
- Stabilize and scale the current infrastructure platform
- Build and lead an engineering team
- Ensure product roadmaps are followed
- Facilitate technical rollouts for new clients
- Handle technology budgets
- Key member of management group reporting to CEO
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in tech, specifically within cyber security and IAM
- A relevant academic bachelor's or master's degree
- Industry-recognized certificates within IT security
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and growing a tech team
- Experience from startup
- or scaleup environments
