Act as a key technical-functional contact point, resolving design, environment and functional questions from developers.
Ensure stability, quality and precision in highly sensitive and critical payment systems, working effectively under pressure.

Extensive hands-on experience with mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS and DB2, in complex production environments.
Strong background as a senior functional analyst, able to work autonomously.
Proven experience designing technical solutions, test strategies and supporting production go‑lives in critical systems.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform reliably in high-pressure situations.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
