About this role
Role Overview
Generate SQLs consistently month over month
Scale and optimize the existing outbound pipeline
Design industry
and/or territory-specific prospecting strategies
Open Enterprise accounts by managing multiple stakeholders
Leverage AI to bring personalization to scale — beyond copywriting
Elevate team standards through best practices and peer coaching
Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and account executives
Report pipeline results to the Business Development Manager (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
Requirements
Proven experience generating pipeline in Enterprise accounts
Systems mindset — you optimize, not just execute
High autonomy and a strong sense of ownership
Ability to influence and raise the team's performance bar
Real, hands-on use of AI in prospecting workflows (not just text generation)
Excellent English skills — both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calling
Experience with CRM software and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Snovio, Hunter, Rocketreach, etc.)
