Ensure compliance with applicable normative requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 55001, 27001)
Lead certification and recognition processes for the business unit's competencies (ISO, EFQM)
Define, direct and manage the business unit's management system in line with the BU's ambition and strategy
Support deployment of the BU's performance policy and management system at all levels and ensure they are firmly embedded
Define process management standards; ensure the consistency and effectiveness of their implementation
Actively participate in field visits with managers to understand operational realities and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with senior management and BU managers to advise on deployment and governance of the management system
Support planning and decision-making for priority improvement initiatives and contribute to their implementation
Consolidate management system improvement plans and the Process Management entity's dashboards; report to BU leadership
Contribute to raising awareness of the Integrated Management System across BU stakeholders.
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent (engineering school, university or equivalent)
At least 10 years' experience in quality, performance, process management and in the role of system and supplier auditor
Team management experience is a strong plus
Mandatory mastery of the following fundamentals: Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and QSE approaches; Performance and process management; Operational excellence tools and methods (e.g., SIPOC/FIPOC)
Strong skills in: developing and deploying standards; process analysis and identifying non–value-added activities; operational improvement and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
