Take LLM backed solutions from demo → production system that actually works reliably, safely, and at scale
Design and build robust, scalable platform systems, considering edge cases, failure modes, and lifecycle
Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, observable, and easy-to-operate platform capabilities
Apply DevOps best practices across infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform services
Use AI tools in daily work to automate tasks, improve workflows, and reduce operational overhead
Build internal tools and to support onboarding, self-service, and developer workflows
Improve monitoring and operations through AI-driven approaches (e.g. log analysis, incident summarisation, alert optimisation)
Contribute to platform evolution, including APIs, internal tooling, and technology roadmap
Requirements
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm)
Experience with observability, monitoring, and operating infrastructure components
Experience designing, building, and maintaining systems and interfaces used by other developers (internal platforms)
Experience with API design and ownership of API contracts across multiple internal consumers
Ability to work within environments with fixed infrastructure constraints
Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)
Experience working with external APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) and building automations or internal tools
Solid engineering fundamentals: testing, observability, documentation, and backward-compatible interface design
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
