Junior Art Director, Content

Role Overview

• Create visual assets for social media (static posts, carousels, stories, and dynamic formats);
• Adapt campaigns into content formats for different platforms;
• Collaborate with copywriters, social media specialists, and community managers;
• Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand guidelines;
• Support the development of creative ideas focused on engagement;
• Participate in brainstorms and the development of creative concepts.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
• Previous experience as an Art Assistant or Art Director at an advertising agency;
• Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects or similar);
• Strong visual repertoire and knowledge of social media trends;
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks;
• Up-to-date portfolio;
• Hold an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and be available to start immediately on a freelance project for up to 6 months.
