About this role
Role Overview
Support a wide range of IT activities
Assist users with access issues
Set up and configure equipment
Troubleshoot technical problems
Support project deployments across different sites
Respond to IT incidents and logs issues
Ensure incidents are escalated appropriately
Maintain accurate system and asset records
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficient support methods
Requirements
Strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly
Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
Solid understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking basics
Comfortable writing clear documentation
Full UK driving licence and be open to travel
Experience with Apple devices, telephony systems
ITIL certification is a bonus
